The location was marvellous and lovely: a market and gift shops were within walking distance. Found in the very accessible area, the hotel offered reasonable prices. We ate at an intimate restaurant with great staff and great restaurants.

Possibly the best and awesome stay for a long weekend getaway. Fantastic facilities and an exceptionally nice breakfast with tax 2 beers and healthy food.

Stunning resort, beautiful room, complimentary cabana was so unexpected and amazing! Perfect location near parks and City Walk, super fun pool and hot tub, free water taxi rides, incredible breakfast buffet.

The place was fairly clean and nicely decorated, had very professional and extremely helpful staff with one manager. The hotel was set in a central area so close to Orlando for 3 nights, the Universal theme parks, walking distance or a short boat ride and a Caribbean port of call. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the property. The room was well-appointed and brand-new with incredibly beautiful views of the lake where the boat comes and goes.

Overall it was very pretty and accommodating with great view. Central location was a plus. I ate in the tapas restaurant nearby.

Well, the area was too dark overall.

Exceptionally comfortable and fabulous accommodation with fab setting right by 2 parks namely Island of Adventure. Very pleasant, consistently courteous staff with one manager and an excellent swimming pool. Appetising meal at tapas restaurant.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite due to its impressive conference facilities, offering 115,000 square feet of space including a conference center, conference space, and meeting rooms. The convenience of the boat/ferry transport to the nearby theme parks was a great perk, allowing for some relaxation before and after work commitments. The staff's professionalism and the cleanliness of the property were also noteworthy.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with comprehensive facilities for meetings and presentations, which would have been a valuable addition to support my corporate activities during the stay.

Brand-new unit with a standard decor. Perfect and exceptionally nice location in good area, short walk to the Universal Studios, loads of ports for charging cables and a store for staples, drinks, or sundries. Plus, 10 minutes drive from an outdoor mini-golf course.

High standard rooms with a bath tub, and particularly good and fab location. Lots of facilities such as: central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The place was gorgeous and modern, we appreciated it. The hotel had a central setting convenient to take the water taxi or walk to the park. The outdoor restaurant which was open late and served excellent food and the tapas bar.

So small bathroom, and the breakfast was a bit expensive.

Stocked, high-class units provided with a bathtub and the wheelchair to get between the bed plus hair dryer. 25 km from Orlando Executive airport.

The units were a nice size with a bath tub. The location is convenient and best possible, at a moderate distance from Wantilan Luau.

Relaxing place, it was fairly clean and had thoughtful staff with all services.
